DO NOT HIRE, THEY BROKE ALL MY FURNITURE AND THEN THREATEN ME INSTEAD

Just Terrible, they broke all my expensive furniture I bought a professional mattress moving cover, Rigo the manager said, "those aren't good we have professional equipment", his professional equipment was to wrap the Aireloom $9600 mattress into a burrito and broke all the inside, they dropped most of my furniture they are all damaged, when i tried to file for insurance claim the owner Robert didn't pick up any of my calls, he finally picked up and said there is no insurance you should think twice about messing with people who has your address and he then threatened to kill me by saying " I will send you 6ft under the ground no hospitals no one would ever find you" I have since installed cameras and had police out here and they assured me if I catch any of them contacting me or around my property they will be arrested, Thanks to the law enforcement I AM SAFE NOW. The movers also parked illegally so when the police arrived as they were blocking entrance to a parking structure they took off without finishing the move, later Jerry and Rigo (the movers) tried to hustle me on the side to hire them OUTSIDE of the company so they can finish the move as a side job, they even said "don't tell Robert he is psyco, you don't know him" all on recording which will be used in court. Robert is Psyco and he is seen in the screenshot breaching CA Law Section 1670.8 to the Civil Code "Yelp without fear law" as he is clearly asking me to take down my pictures and reviews or he will file criminal charges, and what ground? you can't possibly be this dumb! do not hire this company they are terrible people who will break yours stuff without reporting it to you, they used my expensive lamp as a door stopper, they are just flat out terrible unprofessional and Robert WILL gas light you with his time in the service, or tell you he has a PHd and is a lawyer and has many friends in the law enforcement, just a nasty disgusting unprofessionals you don't want to introduced to your kids, family or even invite in your life.

Great Job Veterans!!

Thanks for the great work. The Movers were on time and very pleasant. My job was difficult because stairs were involved and my furniture is very heavy. These men were STRONG. The Veterans kept a positive enthusiasm and got everything upstairs in a very short time.
They brought tools with them which came in handy as I had to disassemble and reassemble my bed. They even insisted on helping me get my stuff out my car.

They will steal from you.

I used this company to help us move. It is licensed and insured( supposedly). The movers sent packed our jewelry box and when it was unpacked there were several diamond items missing. when owner ** ** was contacted he said it was not his problem it was his loaders and he refuses to contact us about this matter. He boasts a 100% satisfaction guarantee and insurance on items. He has yet to comply with his guarantee.

Do Not Hire This Company!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They showed up late, 2 movers instead of the 3 that I contracted for, then one of them left for an hour to pick up the 3rd helper. They were not experienced hard-working veterans like the website says, but inexperienced young men who talked more than work. They didn't finish the job before the time I contracted for (even starting the time after all 3 were there), so I had to finish it myself, and it was not a big move (a 2-br apt)! They broke a piece of my furniture and didn't tell me about it, so I found that out the next day. They didn't use the moving blankets I supplied, so my wood furniture got scratched up. And when I went to the company to request a refund, they completely ignored me and then the Better Business Bureau. - So much for their satisfaction and quality assurance guarantees. So very disappointing to use the good name of Veterans and not live up to their honor.

Veteran Movers are horrible.

I reserved a spot with this company 7 weeks in advance and had no trouble doing that with the main person on the phone.  I received a confirmation email thereafter and thought we were set to move.  We had a POD delivered the day before and on the day of moving (these movers only needed to fill the POD - we had all moving supplies at the house and everything broken down and ready to go).  So on the day of the move - the movers were supposed to show up at 10am and that came and went.  At 1030am I called the company and the lady called the manager to find out where the movers were.  Well never back to find out where they were at and had to call again in about 30 mins.  The lady told us that the movers had two places scheduled today and mixed ours up with theirs.  Well that was a big issue..especially since no one informed us!  I have two dogs and had them taken out of the house so they wouldn't have to deal with the movers while they were here.  I was furious and no one ever offered us a refund, just that they would be there in a little while.  As I was setting up to email the manager, Greg, I received a phone call from him explaining that the movers would be there around 1pm and that he wanted us to pay the movers for their gas.  Well that was never in the agreement or explained to us either!  So that was an astouding NO!  I told the manager I wanted money back as well and he repeated what I said back to me and I told him, yes that is what I would like done and he just hung up on me.  I couldn't believ it.  I tried to call him back again and the phone went to voicemail right away.  So at this time I called the main office and just cancelled the movers.  I did not trust them to show up at all and the manager was completely unprofessional when he hung up on me and asked me to pay the movers gas money!  I had to find another moving company at the last minute.  So basically while I did not deal witht he movers at all and they could be great..the manager and the way things were handled is unprofessional and made my life a living hell for the whole day while I tried to reconfigure everything else out.  So you've been warned.

Long-distance move from Merced, CA to Sequim, WA

Our moving experience was very disappointing.

Dear sir,
We recently used your services from Merced, Ca to move to our retirement home in Sequim, Wa. The workers in Washington were great. However
The workers in California were substandard. We were told the people would come three of them. One came half an hour late and Brian brought a fourth person who could not speak English but could ask for smokes. They started to when Brian decided to move the truck. The following is a list what transpired
*The keys were lost and Brian could not remember what happened to them it cost me the use of a locksmith to get number from U-Haul to make keys for the trip. Cost for making same was $27.00
*One worker slept for two hrs against the right rear tire and wheel well.
*Workers loaded suitcases when told not too, workers had to unload boxes to retrieve it. Necessary medication was in it.
*workers loaded another suitcase not retrieved CPAP machine in it not able to be used by wife for trip. For four nights.
*charged $450. For labor even for sleepy and removing boxes and reloading them including sleepy. we were quoted $225 for the job. When questioned Brian said we had to because husband wasn’t there to stop us. snippy with us as a result.
*When Arriving in Sequim, Washington stuff was being unload and the dryer was found with 10 feet of vent hose in the tub, but laying on clean clothes staining them and soiling them.
*it was found the washer hoses were literally broken off of the washer and placed in the washer. The threads were still in them in both the hot and cold water hoses. There days later the appliance repair was able to get part. Total repair $164.00
*Workers packed pet carriers knowing we were taking pets.
I am a Vietnam vet and using you I thought we should give vets a job Now out of concern for future clients we would hope this would not happen again. Are any of these guys vets at all? I don’t believe they are.
